This page describes how to manage this website in relation to the processing of personal data of the users  consulting it. Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

No personal data of users is acquired by the site.

The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient exploration of the site.

The so-called session cookies used in this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that could potentially compromise the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.

OPTIONALITY OF DATA PROVISION

PROCESSING METHOD

Personal data are processed by the controller and  duly appointed data processors for the proper fulfilment of the purposes indicated, using electronic means and paper files, as well as  the security measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to avoid undue access by unauthorized persons. The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this statement.

TERMS OF THE PROCESSINGThe Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes and in any case for no more than 2 years from the acquisition of the data for the purposes of processing.

THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

Pursuant to articles 15 - 22 of the G.D.P.R., the data subject has the right to ask the data controller for access to his or her personal data or to rectify or cancel them or to limit the processing that concerns him or her, or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to request the portability of the data.

The request can be made by email or by fax or registered mail with the subject: "request by the data subject" specifying in the request the right that the data subject wants to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid e-mail address / certified email address for delivery of the answer.

The data controller or his appointees satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the answer is complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, subject to prompt notification to the data subject.

If you consider it appropriate to assert your rights, you have the right to make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the National Privacy Authority,  Palazzo Monte Citorio 121, Rome.
